If you have a preferred carrier, you want to use for shipping, select that option during checkout and let us know your carrier’s account number. We will take care of the rest for you. Please keep in mind that the shipping price is never included in pricing.

Return policy
Shipments should be inspected before signing the freight bill. If the shipment is damaged, note any damages on the freight bill so a claim can be entered with the carrier. Any shipping errors or complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Authorization must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Contact Flexpipe for shipping instructions. All returns, other than factory defaults, incorrect shipping, or defective goods, are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original price.
