We want to offer you the best of both worlds with an energetic and refreshing customer service while at the same time making sure we can answer your most difficult questions without any problems. Our team has grown since the first day, but most employees who were there back then are still with us today. We take good care of our employees because we know that they will take good care of you in return.
Gabriel joined our assembly team in 2018. Handy by nature, he worked in agricultural production for more than 13 years. His thoroughness and curiosity make him an asset to the team. He loves to spend time outside with his family and has a great sense of humor.
Steeve has been with us since 2017. Before joining Flexpipe, he worked in the construction industry installing tiles and carrying out home renovations. His Gaspésie accent makes him very likable, and, wouldn’t you know, he’s a great fisherman.
Jacques has been part of Flexpipe’s assembly team since 2017. He’s meticulous and always ready to lend a helping hand. He loves fishing and has a wicked sense of humor.
Jean-Phillipe became part of the assembly team in 2017. Having acquired welding and woodworking skills in the past, he was a quick learner in Flexpipe’s environment. Jean-Philippe is a car aficionado and enjoys doing mechanical work.
Ryan joined the Flexpipe team in 2013 and has been honing his assembly skills ever since. Given that he is detail-oriented and creative, innovative solutions are never far when Ryan is around. Before joining the team, he installed various cabinetry units in homes. He’s also an excellent go-to person for new employees.
Eric assembles structures at our plant and our customers’. Prior to working at Flexpipe, he was a skilled furniture repair technician and owned a business in this trade for 11 years. Eric prides himself on a job well done and sharing his expertise. He even started Flexpipe’s social club!
Alex first began working as an assembler in 2010, when Flexpipe was just a start-up. Nowadays, he carries out his duties at our customers’ facilities. A construction worker by trade, Alex is handy and learns quickly.
Maxime became a Flexpipe team member in August 2017 in the order prep and packing department. A very handy fellow, his previous experience was in assembling kitchen cabinets and school furniture.
Jean-Sebastien also joined Flexpipe in 2017. Before becoming part of the assembly team, he worked in a sawmill and the home renovation industry.
Before becoming a Flexpipe assembler in 2017, Tim was a diesel mechanic for 6 years. He’s an ambitious and perseverant employee. In his free time, Tim is an avid runner. In fact, he has run several marathons and half-marathons.
Brandon is a dependable assembler who always meets his commitments. He is a good-natured team member and has a strong work ethic. An avid sports enthusiast, Brandon was once a skateboard champ!
Jean-Rock is the first assembler specialist recruited by Flexpipe following the company’s expansion in 2011. He works at the main plant in addition to several of our customers’ facilities. With over 30 years of experience in a variety of fields, Jean-Rock is an important asset to the team. Not only has he done general welding and woodworking, but he has also driven a taxi, owned a grocery store, been a cook… among others. Talk about a diversified career!
François, one of our first employees, has been with us since 2010. He’s keen on contributing new ideas and continually seeks innovative solutions. He has a deep commitment to the company. Before Flexpipe, François worked in dairy and hog production. Following that, he learned about manufacturing in a furniture factory. At Flexpipe, he has completed several assembly projects in our customers’ facilities. He currently is an assembler specialist at our main factory.
Guy is our standby assembler. He first came to work at Flexpipe for a seasonal contract and stayed until his retirement! While he occasionally does assembly work at our main plant, most of it is done at our clients’ facilities for specific projects. Guy was a mechanic for over 20 years during which he worked with engineers. He is very creative and never backs down from a challenge. He often says: “Everything is possible, everything can be done.”
Gilles is our order prep and tube-cutting pro. Though his previous experience was building furniture, his main trade for over 30 years was welding. He joined our team wanting to take on new challenges.
Jonatan works in Flexpipe’s order prep and packing division. Innately curious, he’s an organized employee who is always on the lookout for new solutions. Cheerful by nature, Jonatan loves video games and sports such as soccer, basketball, and volleyball.
Stephanie is responsible for order picking and preparation. When she joined Flexpipe in 2017, she oversaw order packing and delivery. Always displaying a sunny disposition; Stephanie’s good mood is contagious!
Yves is Flexpipe’s plant manager–and one of our first employees! He played a significant part in improving our production and delivery processes. He’s also a fan of running and desserts.
Esteban has assembled more than 250 Flexpipe structures. He is a woodworker by trade who built his house from the ground up! Originally from Costa Rica, Esteban grew up in Florida where he studied industrial design. Esteban speaks English, Spanish, and French fluently and he has garnered work experience in several countries.
Marc graduated in industrial design from Sherbrooke’s College School and has been a designer for over 12 years. In addition to his love for drawing, Marc has a curious nature and he is a good percussionist in his spare time.
Mick studied building drafting and worked alongside engineers before joining the Flexpipe team in 2015 as an assembler. He is very thorough and multi-skilled; Mick is an key player in our group.
Jon is a structure designer and one of the first drafters trained by Flexpipe. From 2012 to 2014, he carried out assembly work in our 2 warehouses located in Farnham and Toronto. Jon is a valuable asset to our team thanks to his versatility and deep commitment to projects.
Sierra oversees customer service across the United States since 2016. Her rich source of information is a godsend for all our customers. Sierra consistently strives to make sure every customer is satisfied.
Sofia has acquired substantial sales and customer service experience here in Canada and her native Sweden. Sofia is trilingual, perpetually in a good time, and takes care of customer service for our American customers with Sierra.
Marie-Soleil is head of the customer service at Flexpipe and primarily takes care of our Canadian customers. She joined the team in 2013 and was the only woman on board! True to her Italian roots, being part of a tightly knit family is very important to her. It took no time at all for her to make her mark within the company.
Jonathan became a Flexpipe team member in 2017. In his younger days, he was a tennis champ and DJ. Enthusiastic to the core, Jo likes challenges and bringing projects to fruition. He has made it his mission to bring all of his customers to the next level with regards to productivity.
Derek is the Project Manager for the Western United States. As a Hockey and swimming coach, he is passionate about sports and challenges. Prior to joining the Flexpipe team, he worked for several years designing and selling accessories and clothing for men and women. His experience and dedication make him an excellent reference for our clients and the entire Flexpipe team.
Daniel is the project manager for southern US. His has acquired vast knowledge about adaptable structures and previously worked in the stainless steel shelving sector. Dan joined the team seeking new challenges to further his career achievements.
Yvon is one of many experienced Flexpipe managers. He carries out his duties as a project manager in southern Florida. As he was previously an owner of a small business, he knows the ins and outs of being a small-to-medium business entrepreneur. We are very fortunate to have him on board.
Temie is a Flexpipe project manager covering the US Midwest. He joined our team in 2014 and has a deep commitment to all his undertakings. What’s more, he is now one of Flexpipe’s three partners.
Russ is a senior sales engineer and project manager at Flexpipe. With over 30 years of experience in technical sales, Russ has extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing. He currently takes care of our customers in Toronto.
Jamie is the Project Manager for Eastern Ontario and Western Canada. He has an extensive background and passion for Lean with many years of experience as a Lean Coach. Jamie was trained at the University of Michigan and in Japan. His combination of training and years of experience make him great a great asset to the Flexpipe Team.
Mathieu became a Flexpipe project manager covering Quebec’s North Shore in 2018. Previously, he worked for several years in the operations and supply chain sectors. Mathieu is passionate about optimizing processes, and as such, went about studying logistics. He is committed, determined, and passionate about sports. He is an avid triathlete and coached a football team for 2 seasons.
As a sports lover, David continually strives to surpass himself. His experience as an industrial designer motivated him to join the ranks at Flexpipe to develop an expertise in the commercial sector. David’s professional background in engineering, as well as his in-depth business acumen, make him an essential asset to the team during our expansion.
Rémi has been project manager for Quebec’s North Shore region for over 3 years. He discovered the Flexpipe system through an internship opportunity at one of our customers’ facilities. He studied mechanical engineering, and his hobbies include playing the tight head prop position in rugby. He’s now managing the continuous improvement to monitor and improve organizational processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible.
Anne-Gabrielle oversees Flexpipe’s website and marketing initiatives. With a communications background, she joined the team in 2017. Always keen on learning something new, she has discovered a passion for continuous improvement. As Anne-Gabrielle enjoys rallying people together, she values team spirit in professional and social settings.
With more than 15 years of experience as a web developer, Maxime joined the Flexpipe team in 2018. Always on the lookout for new technologies, he is our IT specialist. As an alternative rock music lover, he enjoys playing guitar in his spare time.
After having spent 14 years doing accounting work in the tourism and multimedia sectors along with freelancing, Cindy now makes up Flexpipe’s accounting team with Karl since 2018. Multi-skilled and organized, Cindy enjoys swimming in her leisure time.
Karl is one of our long-standing employees since 2011. As chief accountant, he takes care of numerous tasks, the foremost of which is being the company’s financial comptroller. His finance and accounting expertise are used to ensure Flexpipe’s growth and continuity.
Dominic is friendly and outgoing. He loves a challenge and is passionate about sports. In fact, he was a football coach for 15 years. His extensive knowledge and experience in management are invaluable to the Flexpipe team.
Benjamin has been in charge of operations since June 2017. Loving a challenge, Benjamin prioritizes efficiency and continuous improvement. He banks on his expertise in supply chain and flow management to help Flexpipe reach its objectives.
Sylvain is Flexpipe’s Director of Sales and co-founded the company. It’s through his work in the engineering field that he discovered lean manufacturing principles in 2002. He set out to seek out new challenges and expand Flexpipe’s offering. According to him, Flexpipe consists of tubes, joint connectors, and creativity!
Julien is Flexpipe’s president and co-founder. He came upon lean manufacturing in 2006 and launched Flexpipe in 2010. His mission since then has been to introduce the modular system to new markets by making it affordable and accessible.
