Our team has grown since the first day, but most employees who were there back then are still with us today. Ryan joined our team in 2013 and hasn’t stopped growing in his field. His passion for the Flexpipe system is reflected in the over 2000 structures he has built.
Eric is a new addition to our assembly team. He is part of a large team of assemblers whoassemble racks, flowracks, and carts both on-site and here at Flexpipe headquarters.
Alex, an assembler at Flexpipe, was introduced to Flexpipe back in 2010 when the company was just a start-up. Now he’s involved in assembling and packaging structures at Flexpipe and also in working on-site with customers.
Specialist Flexpipe assembler, Jean-Rock was the first employee to be recruited after its expansion in 2011. With his 30 years of various experience, he is a major asset for the entire assembly team. He has worked in carpentry and general welding. He has also been a taxi driver grocery store owner, cook and so on!
Frank is an assembler at Flexpipe. He was one of the very first assemblers to start at Flexpipe back in 2010 and has completed more than 3500 structures so far. Frank has assembled on-site for many customers over the years and now continues his work at the main Flexpipe facility.
Guy is a one of our former assemblers. He joined the team as a winter job and decided to stay as part of the team until his retirement. He has returned to Flexpipe to assemble when needed.
Gilles is a trained welder with more than 30 years’ experience, who joined the Flexpipe looking for a change, and he has become an important gear in the Flexpipe Machine.
Yves is the factory manager at Flexpipe. Yves was one of the first employees at Flexpipe, and he played a major role in the improvement of the production and shipping process. He is a well-respected floor manager here at Flexpipe.
Esteban is our trilingual training specialist, who is a handy woodworker and well-versed assembler. He is fluent in Spanish, French, and English. He has also been trained on CAD Software and he is often imitated but never duplicated, there is no doubt about it. He is the instructor for all our on-site assembly training.
Mitch is an assembler at Flexpipe who joined the team in 2015 and soon became an important part of the team. In addition to assembly, he also works in our picking and packaging department.
Jon is a structures designer at Flexpipe. Before working with our design software, Jon was working assembly from 2010 to 2014. By now, he has produced hundreds of designs for our customers.
Sierra is in charge of US customer care at Flexpipe. She is a newcomer, but is already making her mark on the team. Sierra is looking to create amazing business relationships with our US customers.
Marie is in charge of Canadian customer care at Flexpipe. She joined the team back in 2013 and had taken care of hundreds of clients since then. Marie is always looking to improve Flexpipe’s customer relations and she makes sure they received the best possible service.
Jonathan joined the team in 2017. As a youngster, he was a tennis champion and DJ. Jon is very passionate and enthusiastic about challenges he undertakes. His mission is to bring all his customers to the next level in productivity improvement.
Dan is the project manager for the Southern United States. He has a vast knowledge of customizable structures and once worked in the stainless-steel racking industry. He joined the team to take on a new challenge and has been doing so ever since.
Temie is a project manager at Flexpipe for western Canada as well as for Midwestern USA. He joined our team in 2013 and has since invested so much of himself in the company that today he is one of three partners at Flexpipe.
Yvon is one of our many experienced project managers. He is the project manager for Southern Florida. He was once a small business owner and as such understands what is important to small business owners. We are very glad to have him as part of our team.
Russell is a senior sales engineer and project manager at Flexpipe. With more than 30 years in technical sales, Russel has a lot of experience with lean manufacturing. He’s now taking care of our clients in the Toronto region.
Rémi is a project manager at Flexpipe. He discovered the Flexpipe system while doing an internship at one of our customer’s facilities. After his studies in mechanical engineering, he joined our team. Today Rémi works with some of our best clients in western Quebec.
David has worked as an industrial designer. With his experience in engineering and his vast knowledge of the business world, we are glad to have him with us during this expansion.
Karl has been the financial controller at Flexpipe since 2011. As a CPA, CGA, he has handled multiple functions and tasks, but he primarily acts as a financial controller. He uses his financial and accounting skills to ensure the growth and continuity of the business.
Sylvain is one of Flexpipe’s co-founders. Through his experience in engineering, he discovered lean manufacturing principles in 2002. Today, he’s always looking for new challenges for the Flexpipe system.
Julien is one of the co-founders of Flexpipe. He has been working in the material handling industry since 2006 building custom-made steel racks, carts, and workstations. He has a large experience in implementing tugger carts for lean manufacturers trying to improve material flow. He started Flexpipe in 2011 and since then, he made his mission to grow Flexpipe and deliver the modular system to new markets by making it more affordable.
